The Fine Arts Department exists to give students a more wholistic educational experience. Students may elect to take courses from the Department and are strongly encouraged to do so if they feel that art and theatre are their passions in life. The Fine Arts Department's main goal is to give students the opportunity to explore the arts and to enhance and fine-tune any artisitic abilities that they may have. The Fine Arts Department consists of courses relating to theatre, art, art history, vocal performance, orchestra, and theatre technical aspects. These courses are designed to help students excel in their specific areas of interests. Nelsa Feaster is an expert on theatre and acting. She has taught at many different educational institutions and has made appearances on major television programs. Her main goal is to help each student discover the artistic ability within themselves.
