What do we teach?

The McNamara School exists so that students can receive a basic, yet thorough, education in the humanities (history, literature, political science, and religious studies). In addition to the main focus on the humanities, students elect to take various courses that can enhance their knowledge in specific areas of their choosing. Students can take courses in science, mathematics, trade skills, business, and the fine arts. These courses are referred to as elective courses. This school infrastructure allows students to learn material that they actually want to learn and does not force all students into an "academic mold."
